Veterinary drugs (animal drugs) are drugs used for the treatment and prevention of diseases of livestock and households, and play an important role in the stable supply of livestock products. This paper discusses improvement and validation of rapid simultaneous anal. method for veterinary drugs by liquid chromatog.-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry. The substances and medicines to be examined, the sources of standard products and LC-MS/MS conditions were given. The calibration curve was prepared using the matrix standard solution, and validity evaluation test was carried out. In this anal. method, every methods were simplified and good results were obtained compare to previous report. In the experiment, the researchers used many compounds, for example, 1-Cyclopropyl-7-(cis-3,5-dimethylpiperazin-1-yl)-5,6,8-trifluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid (cas: 113617-63-3Application of 113617-63-3).
1-Cyclopropyl-7-(cis-3,5-dimethylpiperazin-1-yl)-5,6,8-trifluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid (cas: 113617-63-3) belongs to piperazine derivatives. Piperazine was first introduced as an anthelmintic in 1953. Piperazine compounds mediate their anthelmintic action by generally paralyzing parasites, allowing the host body to easily remove or expel the invading organism. Piperazine and its salts did not induce point mutations in a bacterial test. A series of mutagenicity studies in cells, both in vitro and in vivo, has been completed and showed no evidence of mutagenic effect.Application of 113617-63-3
