A new series of 4-(4′-Chlorophenyl)-4-hydroxy piperidine derivatives I·HX [R = adamantan-1-acyl, 6-methyluracil, 3-phenoxy-1-Pr, 3-phenyl-1-propyl] were synthesized with different phenacyl halide.
